Once more,I shall take the first step. I am a writer and for the past three and a half years, I have been working on Forum of Thrones. It is an interactive fanfiction, which means that you as the reader can create characters to appear in the story, while also making choices that will affect how the parts play out. Planned to spread over three books, I have recently finished the second chapter of the second book, means there's still years to come. The story takes place, as the name implies, in the A Song of Ice And Fire/Game of Thrones setting, more precisely, during the days of Aegon the Conqueror. It features characters and events from the Ice and Fire canon and a huge cast of user-submitted characters, in a storyline that combines original plots with events detailed in the Ice and Fire background material. At least the time of this writing, the Telltale forums are still up and running, which means you can check out the entire thread by following this link. New parts will also be posted at the Forum of Thrones sub-forum here at the Creator's Haven. It can be found by following this link. Older chapters that have been posted at the Telltale forums are also entirely available on Google Docs and will be gradually added to the Forum of Thrones sub-forum. While there is a lot to catch up on, I am always happy to welcome a new reader, so if you are interested in joining, give it a shot or send me a PM, I can probably make things a bit easier. |
