We should do some Forum Werewolf. That was always fun on the Telltale forums, and I think there would be a decent amount of people here. Maybe years from now, Forum Nemesis too.

No idea how forum Werewolf works, but I'm game to try :)

I would be absolutely up for it! Seeing all the forum games of old saved gave me some serious nostalgia, so if we get enough people interested, I'd love that.

He was out-standing in his field :D

I had to blink a few times to make sure that I wasn't just seeing things from exhaustion, lmao.
But I have to agree, this design looks great.

*blinks few times herself*
I know, right? Needed to use this inspiration I had in me. I will be still working on this one, though.
Btw, what is this Forum Werewolf you spoke before, guys?

I have to agree with the others, this looks amazing. Wonderful work, Mathea, thank you so much for this. And you say this is still not the final one? Oh man, I am excited to see what else you come up with When it comes to Werewolf, it is kinda like Town of Salem, if you know that one. Every player gets a role, divided into (usually) two teams, the villagers and the werewolves. The werewolves are notably less than the villagers (usually, I think 1 for every 4 villagers), but they have an advantage over them. They know who the other werewolves are and they can freely commnicate over private messages, whereas the villagers only know of their own role. There is, by the way, normal villagers and special roles, such as the doctor who can save one person from dying each night. They are all considered villagers and members of the same team, but at first none of them know whom they are in a team with and they have to find out by deducing or using their role abilities over the course of the game, which can be a signifcant disadvantage over the werewolves, who in return have way fewer numbers. The game is divided into a day cycle and a night cycle. Each night, the werewolves will choose one villager to kill. More players can die at night depending on other actions (some games, for example, have a vigilante, who can kill suspicious players at night without having to discuss it with anyone). Each day, the players will discuss what happened at night, knowing that there is a certain number of werewolves among them, but not knowing about their identity. The werewolves can freely participate in this discussion, sowing distrust among the villagers and trying to keep their own true role a secret. The game then revolves around the villagers accusing people they deem suspicious, the accused defending themselves against the claims and then being either lynched or spared by the village, their fate decided upon with a simple majority. If the villagers manage to kill every werewolf, they win, but if the werewolves manage to kill every villager, they win instead. It is a fun game, though it does require at least a dozen players and another one to lead the game. If we get enough people interested, I would be up to lead the game, assigning the roles in secret and leading you through the game. It isn't hard to do, so if you are interested, we can set up another thread where people can sign up for it until we have gathered enough

Then I shall set a thread up where people can apply for the game. We are 31 users already (seriously, I am amazed), so there should be enough potential players, but we'll see how many want to play. Technically, there is no hard limit to how many people can play, but I would say there should be a minimum of twelve players, preferably fifteen. I'll set the thread up within the next couple of minutes, you can comment on it to voice your interest and I'll include you in a list. We start when there's enough people on that list, how does that sound?

I've heard of the card game version but also have never played it myself. I'd be down to play as well!
I've been meaning to ask, what's your profile pic from, Liquid? It looks weirdly familiar to me but I'm not sure why.
also liking the new design here, btw :D

also liking the new design here, btw There's actually different versions of the card game, as I found out, the general idea behind them is the same, but sometimes, the roles work highly different compared to another version. I'll take some liberties as I see fit to work in the surroundings of an internet forum, hope you will enjoy it! When it comes to my profile picture, this purple demon guy is Pedri, design-wise my favourite character from Ava's Demon, my favourite webcomic. It is gorgeously drawn, quite fun and ongoing, so those of you who enjoy webcomics, feel encouraged to check it out. And on another note, Forum Werewolf - Haven is now up in the Lounge! I look forward to start, so hopefully we'll get many users interested in it soon enough.

Also forgot to mention, that was me that sent you a friend request on Steam, "Donnie Danko" (Don't ask).

My Spotify is honestly such a mess, though it's one of my top priorities for some reason. I've got 30 pages to fill out for work and I should be in bed to make a vet appointment in the morning but here I am instead, posting about all I should do instead of actually doing it.

Attention everyone!
Today, I installed a plug-in for the forums that allows you to give descriptions to your threads when you edit them. The field where you can enter your description should be at the top of the page when you hit the edit button. Feel free to use this feature as much as you want for your threads!

Alright, there is a small new announcement to make. It just occured me, you should all have control over your story and its respective section, so I used a neat little feature and made all of you moderators in the sections for your stories. This should give you a couple rights, such as creating sticky threads and such, but only within your section. Be careful with deleting stuff though, I don't think I can restore deleted posts or threads.
