Hey there, so I wanted to try and start a conversation here. So, I'm curious about what you plan on doing for the holidays. What do you celebrate at this time? Are you gonna spend time with family and friends?

Well, for now, I'm visiting my grandparents in Norway!
The flight to Norway from Australia is rough, two 10 hour flights, but I guess I'm pretty used to those flights (I've done them since I was a kid).
It's been really nice getting all the Norwegian Christmas vibes, since Australia is a lot less snowy for obvious reasons.

I don't usually go places for any holiday, so most likely I'll be holed up in my room pretending it's not below 20 and snowing xD

Probably looking for a new job. My family celebrates the holidays after they've passed since out work schedules don't fit in with the holidays, so I'll probably be having Christmas on the New Year

That's really nice that you're spending some time with your grandparents and I'm glad that you're having a good time! Having a snowy Christmas sounds pretty magical. I've never actually seen snow before in real life. I'm from Australia as well, so I hope you have a bonzer Chrissy, mate!

I'll be seeing a lot of extended family at my grandparents, like every year. Said extended family includes several little kids as well, so there will even be a Santa delivering the gifts

Any day can be Christmas if you're with your family! I hope you have a wonderful Christmas! And good luck with the job search!

I'll meet up with my grandmother for at least one day. My grandfather died earlier this year and she would be all alone on one day otherwise, so it is really important to me that I'm there on one day. The rest of the time, I'll probably remain at home, I got no outstanding things planned for that. Though I'll have a break from university for the two weeks after Christmas and some neat plans for New Year's Eve, so that is going to be amazing
