Wow, I apologise for my absence, I was bedridden with a migraine for a few hours, and I come back to an absolute frenzy... and they killed Kenny?! YOU BASTARDS!
In all seriousness though, I’m voting innocent on Lord, I don’t think we should start executing anyone off until we have more evidence as to what is going on. Lord came in strong, but sometimes that’s what it takes to weed out predators.

There's three outcomes. One, he's an avenger/jester, whom would be better off alive. Two, he's actually a survivor, which doesn't help or hinder us, unless he allies himself with the enemy. Three, he's a werewolf, which is obviously the worse outcome possible.
I'm gonna need to think this over before throwing my vote around again.

- Close an eye for a moment and miss the voting....? Eh, happens, I guess? So, we have a mayor as it seems, welcome to our small but expanding village.
- When it comes to the voting, perhaps we should spare the Lord this time and give him a chance of redeem. Wildling, what did you see exactly when you came by his house last night? Anyway, if you seen him, but then he was in the woods afterwards, stalking the mayor, how can we be sure he isn't a werewolf after all?

I will sadly have to vote that Lord will be lynched. Had he not spread wild and crazy accusations, I might've decided to keep him around.
I'm sorry Lord, but I have to think about myself and the rest of the town. I don't want to be the next one to be innocently accused like you accused Butter Beans, and I am sure that the town agrees (for themselves to not be accused, obviously).
I vote guilty.

May I also put forward a suggestion that our Guard be on watch for the Mayor tonight? We only just got our new Mayor and they have the potential to save this town but in revealing themselves, Butter Beans no doubt painted themselves as a target. Guard, if you're listening, don't reveal yourself yet in case they decide to go for you first instead, but please, keep our mayor safe.

I see the situation has evolved while I was asleep. I still believe that Lord is not werewolf, due to my nightly investigation not revealing anything suspicious.
That said, now that I know that Butter Beans is our mayor, I suspect Lord may have tried to manipulate us to hang her out of personal vendetta. Thus, I must vote guilty.

I would advise for the Guard - and everyone else - to be careful. I agree that our Mayor is a top priority for protection, but don't forget that the Outcast will be on the loose tonight. If it seeks someone out as a target nothing can be done to save their victim or anyone else in their path.
That does not mean you need to barricade yourself in your home. Just... think things through.

If LordEAA was vengeance fuelled, surely he would've been more subtle about it? and even if he is, either his target was InGen and he's trying to get himself hanged and we don't want to do that for him, or his target is Butter Beans, in which case he's already failed at that task now that we have confirmation that Butter Beans is Mayor.
So either he's an exposed avenger, an innocent who accused too hastily, or a beast of the night, WildlingKing has vouched for him as an innocent, so unless they are both werewolves working together in secret, LordEAA is of no threat to us.
(EDIT: as an unrelated note, anybody else here also picture us all to look like our profile pics? in my mind we are all out at the town square and talking about our Priest "Big Smoke" being slaughtered while a lobster in mittens comes in and tells us they're the new mayor and a corpse-like man is on trial for conspiring against the Mayor XD)

I agree with the mayor and am voting innocent as well. Now that we know who the mayor is, I implore everyone to have a private meeting with her and tell her about our role in the town. That way she can discover possible liars among us. I strongly suggest not missing out those meeting, unless you want to fall under suspicion as well. Originally, I had a similar plan involving resurrected priest, but since Butter Beans already proved herself trustworthy, as heartless as it may be, we probably don't need the preacher anymore. But it's really up to witches' and mayor's judgement who to resurrect. (So in short, everyone should send a private message of your role to Butter Beans. If there are any duplicate roles, she'll know one of those people is lying. And if you don't want to send a private message of your role to the only confirmed villager, well... Just saying that would be highly suspicious. )

I retract my vote and change it to innocent.

With this, the votes are counted and Lord_EAA's fate is decided upon...
Mayor Butter Beans votes innocent
Arrodor votes guilty
CJ votes guilty
madsinzero votes guilty
GMSforresthood votes innocent
Disellis votes innocent
captainivy votes guilty
WildlingKing votes innocent
Mathea votes guilty
Pipas votes innocent
Counting Butter Beans' three votes, this leads to a final score of 7 to 5
The accused Lord_EAA will be spared and is allowed to go free. Having neither harmed the village by lynching one of their own, nor helped them by targeting a werewolf, the villagers return home and make preparations for the night. They don't know it yet, but their most fearsome opponent is about to appear
A red moon rises...
With this surprisingly close voting, the day phase ends. Lord_EAA is still alive. All of you who have a nightly action, make sure to PM me your plans. Be aware, the Outcast can act tonight.
On another note, once someones role is confirmed, either due to a confirmed reveal in case of the mayor, or by them dying and having their role revealed, I will add their role to the first post of the thread, for your convenience.
It should also be noted, all of you can have a last will, a piece of paper that details your findings and last messages. This last will is going to be displayed for those who have died.

The village of Haven, Night Two
Midnight
WildlingKing rushes through the nightly village, ever getting closer to his house. With clenched fists and a rapidly beating heart, he reaches his door, avoiding the urge to look over his shoulder.
What if they followed him? No... no, what are the odds? He had to tell the village, they had to know!
Glancing around the house, his gaze falling onto the desk where he keeps his correspondence, he suddenly holds his breath for a second. Something is missing...
There, a noise! Someone taking a wrong step, hitting the creaky board next to his bed. WildlingKing reaches for the closest thing he has for a weapon,a small dagger, as he approaches the door leading to his bedroom. Taking a single, deep breath, he opens the door, just a bit.
Immediately after spotting the small figure, going right through his belongings, he pushes the door open entirely. "Who are you?", he barks and the figure tenses up. "You're obviously not a wolf, so what are you doing in my house?"
To his surprise, he realizes that the figure is a woman. Glancing over her shoulder, she stares at him and surprise turns to defiance. "Perhaps you should tell me who you are instead", she replied, as she turns to face him. In her hand, she keeps the list WildlingKing has maintained so carefully. "Why do you keep track of the villagers?"
The sound of her voice... yes, he recognizes her! "Mathea?", he asks. "Never thought you'd be a thief" As she removes the hood that concealed her face, he sees the hint of a smile on her face. "Was", she corrects him. "And it matters little. You keep track of the villagers... because you want to find out who the wolves are?"
WildlingKing nods, still hesitating to fully trust this woman who just broke into his house. "Then we have a common goal", Mathea assures him. "Like it or not, but we have a mutual enemy. I had to find out if I can trust you, if we can actually work together, but now..."
Even before WildlingKing is able to agree with her, he hears another sound, far more terrifying. A growl, a snarl, something heavy hitting the front door. Mathea's eyes widen, as WildlingKing raises his dagger. "They are faster than I thought...", he mumbled, regret in his voice. "Listen, I trust you. Hide in here. If I don't make it..."
Too late... the door creaks and cracks, parts of it splintering, as WildlingKing makes a decision. In his old life, outside of Haven, people would have never called him a hero. But right now, with both of their lives on the line, it feels like the right time to start. "It's me they want", he hisses, as he throws the dagger onto the bed, next to where Mathea was standing. Then, he turns around, shutting the door behind him, cutting of Mathea's protest.
The door breaks in this very moment and for the first time in his life, WildlingKing meets a being that terrifies him. Through the open doorframe walks a creature half man and half wolf. Covered in black fur, it stands notably taller than him and twice as wide. Claws and fangs, capable of tearing a man apart... the same fate that befell Father InGen the night before. And he had just given his only weapon to a woman he barely knew.
"This better be worth it", he mumbles, as the werewolf eyes him carefully. "What is this?", it hisses and its voice is a guttural depth. "You don't even try to run? The preacher was better sport" Baring its teeth, it approached the Scout, who frantically glances to the sides. There had to be some way, any way he would be able to escape.
"Wait!", he yells and to his surprise, the beast indeed stops. With a grin that can only be described as wolfish, it straightens its back, now reaching an intimidating height. "Is this the part where the begging begins?", it asks and WildlingKing gasps. The voice is unrecognizable, of course, but there is something in its eyes, just the hint of something familiar. "My god...", he mumbles and his eyes widen. "You... you are Arrodor"
A look of surprise flashes across the wolf's face. "At night, I am the Alpha", he corrects him. "But I am impressed" It nods. "Yes, you know me as Arrodor" Glancing down at his claws, it suddenly shrugs and WildlingKing prepares to jump to the side. The blow comes as hard as it comes fast and though WildlingKing tries to dodge it, the claws dig into his side. A gasp leaves his throat, as the Alpha yanks him back, slamming him against the nearest wall.
"Human...", Arrodor growls, as he reaches down to the critically injured WildlingKing. "I will tell you the same thing I told the preacher, as you die" He bares his fangs, grinning at the scout. "This land..." Suddenly, he cuts himself off. A low growl leaves his throat and despite his heavy injuries, WildlingKing realizes that it is more a threat than anything else. Previously, the Alpha was toying with him. Now, something has changed. The wolf's eyes widen. "No... You!"
Completely ignoring WildlingKing, who unsuccessfully tries to crawl away from the wolf, Arrodor faces the door. Through the sizeable hole he had left, a second wolf enters. This one is larger than Arrodor, the black fur turning grey, its yellow eyes staring with hatred at the Alpha. "You!", Arrodor barks. "You have no right to be here! You are supposed to be dead..." He tilts his head, as he prepares to jump at the newcomer. "Or did you come for me to finish the job?"
The other wolf howls loudly, as it rushes towards Arrodor, not even bothering with replying to his taunts. The Alpha wastes no time, as it pounces forward. Yet the newcomer is larger, faster, stronger even. It manages to grab Arrodor by the throat with its claws, slamming him backwards, before landing on top of him. The Alpha manages to land a blow in return, but his enemy does not even seem to notice the heavy wound the attack leaves in its shoulder. Claws slashing through the Alpha's fur, teeth sinking into the smaller wolf's neck, until he stops struggling.
Though breathing becomes harder, WildlingKing sighs. Then, a thin smile appears on his face. At least he would not die alone tonight... "Thank you...", he mumbles weakly and instantly, the surviving wolf glances over its shoulder. Its growl is savage, the tone of a wild animal, as it jumps up. Then, it narrows its eyes and begins to sniff. "I didn't do it for you, human", it reveals. "Your kind does not deserve this village and neither does my treacherous pack" It shakes its head, as a menacing grin appears on its face. And in terror, WildlingKing realizes that it glances at the bedroom door, right next to it.
Just as it pushes the door open, Mathea jumps out, trying to go for a surprise attack. Brave and futile, WildlingKing realizes. And yet, he would have done the same. Perhaps her only chance. And indeed, the dagger he had given her enters the werewolf's chest. It stumbles backwards and Mathea follows after it, pulling the weapon out, before embedding it in its chest once more.
"You...", the wolf growls. "Should have used silver, girl..." And with a single, shockingly casual movement of its forearm, it pushes Mathea away from it, almost knocking her halfway through the room, right to the corner. Backed into it, WildlingKing knows the thief won't stand a chance. The beast glares at him briefly. "Know this, human", it says. "I will take this village and raze it to the ground. None of your kind will survive. But take solace in knowing that the pack won't have a future either" The last thing the Scout sees is the Outcast, the last thing he hears is its howl, announcing the arrival of a new threat for Haven
The next morning, the people of Haven find the carnage in the remains of WildlingKing's house. Three villagers are found dead, WildlingKing, Mathea and Arrodor. While all three have put up a fight, what is perhaps the most shocking is the reveal that Arrodor has, in fact, been a werewolf. Whatever killed him, the villagers realize, it is even more dangerous than the pack and it makes no difference between the other werewolves and the innocent people of Haven. As such, they gather once more, in the hopes that someone could offer a lead that would help with saving the village.
With this ends a surprisingly eventful night and the second day phase beings. WildlingKing the Scout, Mathea the Thief and Arrodor the Alpha have all three died last night, the former killed by the Alpha, the latter two killed by the Outcast who has decided to visit the very same place, in quite a display of just how dangerous that role can be for both teams if left unchecked. Those of you who have died can now reveal their last wills, containing whatever you want with the exception of your exact findings from last night. The rest of you can now start the discussion. While the village investigators have both died in one night, perhaps you nonetheless have a lead you wish to follow, or an idea on how to proceed.

Well it seems darkness has seen itself to visit us again. It must be punishment for my treacherous sins, that now my only ally has gone. Goodman Wildling and Fair Mathea who despite her roguish ways was always kind, sweet and gentle, to die by even greater horrors than before. It seems the one who feigned loyalty the most, cruel Arrodor, now has shown his wolfish skin. To think he would see me hang. And yet his desires were of a fair villager, despite their true cause. Fair Butter Beans, you who so nobly have been chosen to guide that, I kneel before thee and swear eternal loyalty. If this poor old coward can be of any use, let him be. If you permit me I will do as you command.

One down, three to go. I wish I could be happy about this news, but the deaths of our Scout and Thief is too great a price to pay.
Furthermore, I... feel like my time in this village may be limited. The Stalker followed me home last night, so there is no longer any need for secrecy on my part. I am the Hunter for this village.
As tempted as I was to shoot Lord EAA after yesterday's proceedings, I have refrained. All three of my bolts remain.

I think we should work out who the guard should protect, who those bolts should be used on, and if we have any other leads.
Putting three goals plainly out like that makes it sound a little too broad to the point of uselessness, but hey, discussion points.
EDIT: Also, since PMs are allowed, remember to send your role to our good Mayor.

I came to this village to live a peaceful and quiet life, away from my past, but now I know I chose the wrong place. On the very first night my instincts got a hold of me again, and I decided to investigate Lord_EAA. To my relief I found him to be an honest and ordinary man, but with the morning came many shocks. The Preacher was dead, killed by a beast of the night, which led to wild accusations being thrown around between the villagers. I fear I may have put myself in danger by defending Lord's honor too loudly before it was revealed his accusations towards our mayor were baseless. However, now I have a mission, I will get to the bottom of this mess. It starts tonight, as I plan to investigate LilGoodWolf, whom I noticed lurking quietly in the shadows during the day. If I die before dawn, this shall be my last will.
