Welcome to Embellishments; a forum game set in an alternate continuity of Tales from the Borderlands! This story is set some time after episode four, but will cover spoilers for pretty much the whole game. You've been warned. (Edit: It should also be noted that this story was started before anything regarding Borderlands 3 was officially announced, so expect a whole lotta lore contradictions.)
Embellishments is a play-by-post game, meaning that the story advances based on suggestions from the audience. Basically; I'll write and illustrate a bit of story, and then you guys can suggest things for your (shared) character to do or say. There's no flowchart, no set of options to pick from, no pre-planned outcomes - just suggest what feels right. I'll go with whatever the most requested suggestion is, or in the event of a tie, try and mash as many of them together into something I can work with.
Please try to refrain from posting too many images in the main threads, since it makes things a bit cluttered and harder to read.
Update schedule will vary depending on how busy my life is. But generally speaking, I'll try to update once every few days.
(I'll also be crossposting between here and the Telltale forums while they're still up. Post a suggestion wherever you feel most comfortable.)
