This is Nymeria's War, a fanfiction that takes place in Dorne, ~700 years before Aegon's Conquest.
Dorne is divided to several petty kingdoms, and for hundreds of years these kingdoms have been fighting over hold of every small riverbank, road and valley in Dorne. Now the Rhoynar princess Nymeria has arrived to Dorne and made an alliance with the small but welcoming House Martell, and married Lord Mors Martell. As the Sun and the Spear plan to unite the Dorne, series of wars will follow.
Kings of Dorne:
Yorick Yronwood aka the Bloodroyal. Lord of Yronwood, Warden of the Stone Way, Knight of the Wells, King of Redmarch, King of the Greenbelt and High King of Dorne. He is the wealthiest and the most powerful of the Dornish kings, a source of great pride for him. He has plans for expanding his kingdom, and is prepared to use whatever means necessary to achieve this. News of the alliance between Martells and Nymeria do not trouble him, as he is confident in the strength of his kingdom. We Guard the Way
Vorian Dayne aka the Sword of the Evening. Lord of Starfall and King of Torrentine. Vorian is best known for his honorable reputation, good looks and martial prowess, many claiming he is the greatest knight in all of Dorne. He is a great commander, beloved leader and a proud man, but also cautious and humble. Vorian has no will to conquer, preferring to forge alliances with his neighboring kingdoms. Garrison Fowler aka the Blind King. Lord of Skyreach and King of Stone and Sky. He is a wise and experienced king, and his dream is to return his relatively small kingdom to its former glory. Despite being aged and sightless, Garrison is renowned and feared for his cunning. Let Me Soar
Lucifer Dryland. Lord of Hellgate Hall and King of Brimstone. During past centuries the Drylands have risen in power, their influence reaching from Clearhaven to Godsgrace. However, on his fifties and without an heir, Lucifer's authority is starting to be questioned by his subjects and allies. The alliance between Martells and the Rhoynar has made him nervous. Albin Manwoody. Lord of Kinsgrave and King of the Red Mountains. Albin is a man touched by madness, who rules with fear and terror. He has an unquenched thirst for blood, and despite being one of the weakest kings in Dorne he seeks to rule all of the Red Mountains. No King Above Me
Benedict Blackmont. King of Blackmont. Benedict is a feared man who is rumored to be mixed up with dark magic. It is said that he worships a dark god which gives him magical powers. He is rarely seen even by his family. Only few of his trusted men know what he truly does on his dark chambers. We Conquer the Heavens

In NW, it is super valuable to me as well, as there is such a large amount of characters and it helps keeping the minor ones in my mind even when they don't appear for many parts. If you consider it too much work (and admittedly, NW's list is very finely tuned), then don't feel forced to uphold it, though I honestly consider it a useful tool for both, writer and reader.
Well, whatever I do, I'll get back to it tomorrow.
